Nutritional Therapy focuses on the whole person. Considering your health history, current health, diet and lifestyle I create a bespoke plan to support your health goal.
I believe in a simple and realistic approach, setting achievable goals and enriching your diet without taking away all the foods you love. If you are looking to optimise your health, support a health condition, lose weight, support a fitness goal or improve mental wellbeing, then nutritional therapy can help you to make the changes you need and I am here to support and guide you. Making changes is a daunting prospect and therefore I offer a free 15 minute phone call to help you discover how I can support you.
Prior to our appointment you will be required to complete an initial questionnaire and food diary. I will require this 48 hours in advance, so please consider this when booking your appointment. Our consultation will then look at the areas you need support in most and I will share with you your plan within 48 hours.
