I am a Nutritional Therapist and I work with children, teenagers and adults to enable lasting changes to diet to help support all aspects of health on an ongoing basis.
Nutritional therapy can provide support for complex health issues as well and weight loss, skin complaints, hormonal imbalance, digestive discomfort among others.
Having spent the last 10 years working with a wide range of people and health issues, I have learned how powerful nutrition is in supporting our bodies to work optimally on a day to day basis.
There are many reasons someone may not be eating optimally
particularly with our busy lifestyles, so personalised negotiations around existing diet, lifestyle and relationships with food are key to a successful outcome and I will be negotiating with you to create a plan that works for you.
Witnessing the transformation in health that can be generated by balanced nutrition is truly inspiring. Having spent most of my career working in a local health clinic setting, the latest Covid-19 restrictions have been instrumental in helping me to create an online practice which has been a very positive experience, opening up the possibility of nutritional therapy to those who don’t have a local clinic and for those who prefer to attend a consultation from their own home.
I am committed to ongoing professional development to ensure my
recommendations are underpinned by the most up to date scientific research. I have a BSc (Hons) in Nutritional Therapy, am registered with BANT* and CNHC*. I am also an accredited Supervisor for my profession and teach Clinical Skills at the Centre for Nutrition Education and Lifestyle Management.
