It’s an easy, risk-free way for you to try out a range of therapies and find one that suits you. It provides videos, audio recordings and even direct links to therapists, to help provide you with the support you need, whenever you need it. And since everyone is different, this app allows you to experiment and find out what will work for you.
You can dip in and out as and when you need support, giving you a wellness toolkit that fits in your back pocket. The therapies last from just 5 minutes to an hour, and are simple enough that anyone can use them. So you can learn the techniques you need to improve your physical and mental health.
