There are a lot of different apps out there to support your mental health and wellbeing. Apps on mindfulness, apps on coaching, and apps on relaxation. There are so many choices out there it’s almost overwhelming, and you may end up with dozens of different apps sitting on your phone.
But what if you didn’t have to?
Melp is the app that brings all of those apps together. So instead of having 15 different apps to support your mental wellbeing, you only need one.
When you work with us, you have access to a wide network of highly qualified professionals, all ready to

We designed the Melp app to provide you with access to a lot of different therapy options in one place. It’s an easy, risk-free way for you to try out a range of therapies and find one that suits you. It provides videos, audio recordings and even direct links to therapists, to help provide you with the support you need, whenever you need it. And since everyone is different, this app allows you to experiment and find out what will work for you.
You can dip in and out as and when you need support, giving you a wellness toolkit that fits in your back pocket. The therapies last from just 5 minutes to an hour, and are simple enough that anyone can use them. So you can learn the techniques you need to improve your physical and mental health.
At The Holistic Healthcare Group, we believe there is nothing more important than good mental health. While it might not seem like it, your mental health is just as, if not more important than your physical health. The term ‘mental health’ covers your psychological, emotional and social wellbeing. These things impact how we feel, think and behave each day – as well as how we cope with stress and how we relate to other people in our lives. If we don’t have the education and support we need in those areas, then things can start to feel overwhelming and unmanageable, leaving you really struggling.
We understand that not everyone will want to go down the route of doctors and medication when it comes to their mental health. There are a wide range of different options available to help manage and treat mental health problems, if you know where to look. Our therapies are all designed to not only treat acute episodes of mental illness, but to give you access to the tools and techniques you need to manage and improve your mental, emotional and social wellbeing. And with over 143 collective years of experience in treating mental health problems, we are perfectly positioned to help you on your journey.
When you open up the Melp app, you’ll have access to a selection of tools to support your mental health and wellbeing. If you’ve opted for the paid upgrade, there will be almost 100 tools available for you to use.
Using the app, you can try out a variety of different therapies, learn techniques and tools, and benefit from top tips from therapists, without the big price tag of in-person therapies. Instead, you can sample as many therapies as you want, and discover what works well for you, allowing you to be confident in moving forward with your chosen therapy when you’re ready.
Melp app will feature over 90 therapy options, giving you a complete wellness toolkit that fits in your back pocket – with new tools and techniques added every month.
Using our app, you can access:
All of us will experience times when we fell overwhelmed, or that we can't cope. These feelings can impact other areas of our life, and cause all sorts of problems later down the road. Counselling can help you explore and reflect upon feelings like anger, grief, anxiety, depression and loneliness, help you inderstand what's at the root of the concern, and work towards resolving the issues. With Melp, you will have access to one of our counsellors through your phone via our virtual clinic.
Solution focussed hypnotherapy uses a combination of psychotherapy and hypnosis to help support real change in thought and behaviour. If you struggle with phobias, anxiety, depression or even just negative thoughts, hypnotherapy can help you identify the root causes of the issue and work through it to achieve a happier, healthier balance.
If you’re feeling a little directionless in life, or would like some support in achieving your goals (whatever they may be), coaching can help you. Our coaching programme can help you gain clarity on what your goals are, how to get there and how to achieve what you want, using an underpinning of tools and techniques to improve your focus, mindset and help you identify any negative behaviours and self talk.
EFT, or Emotional Freedom Technique, works on the same principles as Acupuncture. When we experience trauma, distress or fear and we don’t release it, it becomes stored in our body and blocks the natural flow of energy. This can lead to anxiety and even illness. Our EFT guidance allows you to stimulate the meridian points in your body, clearing the blocks and allowing the energy to flow.
If you find it hard to sit still but want to experience the calm of meditation to relieve anxiety, the mindful movements can help. By engaging in different exercises, you place all of your attention on the movements of your body and your breathing. Our videos guide you through the exercises, helping you achieve a level of stillness and relaxation that can be helpful in managing emotions.
What we put into our bodies can have more of an impact on our mental health than we realise. By understanding how to fuel your body and mind in a healthy way, and what impact the foods you eat have on your mental health, you can start to see an improvement. With Melp, you have instant access to a library of recipes and nutritional advice to support your mental health, and a healthy lifestyle.
Sometimes your mind can feel crowded, with too many thoughts bustling for your attention, causing anxiety, panic and even fear. If you want a way to clear your mind, find a calm space and work to manage anxiety (and other symptoms), meditation and yoga can help. Melp provides a wide range of yoga videos for you to follow, and meditation audio recordings to guide you through your meditation and yoga sessions.
