Pilates (posture re set)

This Pilates practice will focus on the body as a whole to help free up restricted areas and strengthen the body from within.
The Principles of Pilates include: Concentration, Control, Centering, Precision, Breath and Flow.
Mindful and precise movements will help strengthen the deep postural muscles, which help support your spine, optimizing your bodies potential.
The control of breath and the activation of the pelvic floor muscles help to balance you internally so that you can move freely with a body that isn’t a nuisance.
