Centred and engaging Mindfulness session for 6-10yr olds
This is an engaging mindfulness session aimed at children and taught by Jane Tyson who is passionate about children’s wellbeing and mental health. A mum to teenagers, wellbeing speaker, primary trained educator and creative thinker, Jane is involved with a number of collaborations including Project Oak Leaf, which has been set up to encourage kids to connect more with nature. Jane’s work is child-centred, creative and playful.
